Marcus Neudel is Managing Partner of NMC, Interim Manager Sales, Transformation and Site Management as well as Project Manager for Efficiency Enhancement, Organizational Structure and Transformation Projects. He has over 27 years of experience as a management consultant and managing director and led the People Organization Performance Practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at a Tier 1 management consulting firm.
Specialties
Marcus Neudel led an acquisition as interim CEO after successful PMI and was site manager and project manager for a large number of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement projects at medium-sized market leaders in Europe. He has also led performance improvement, turnaround and transformation projects for companies in the renewable energy, automotive, aerostructure, retail and FMCG industries, as well as mechanical and plant engineering. In doing so, he led sales, corporate development and operations departments as well as a large number of PMOs, evaluated eTWC optimization, OPEX savings, EBITDA improvements and PMI synergy potentials and ensured their implementation.
His areas of expertise include efficiency improvement, PMI, cost reduction, sales globalization & regionalization, restructuring, turnaround management, transformation, organizational & governance design, and sales/KAM effectiveness.

Prior to joining NMC, Marcus Neudel worked as a partner and practice head at Oliver Wyman, as general manager for the Kirch Group and ProSiebenSat.1Media, and for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He has passed a magna cum laude exam as Dipl.-Kfm. from the Friedrich Alexander University, Erlangen-Nuremberg. He speaks native German, fluent English and good French.
