He has over 27 years of experience as a management consultant and managing director and led the People Organization Performance Practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at a Tier 1 management consulting firm.

Marcus Neudel led an acquisition as interim CEO after successful PMI and was site manager and project manager for a large number of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement projects at medium-sized market leaders in Europe. He has also led performance improvement, turnaround and transformation projects for companies in the renewable energy, automotive, aerostructure, retail and FMCG industries, as well as mechanical and plant engineering. In doing so, he led sales, corporate development and operations departments as well as a large number of PMOs, evaluated eTWC optimization, OPEX savings, EBITDA improvements and PMI synergy potentials and ensured their implementation.

He led the European Aviation Practice at a Tier 1 management consultancy and worked as an executive at two aviation companies in Germany and Switzerland.

As a strategic thinker and entrepreneur in the areas of efficiency improvement, cost reduction and operations improvement with a strong focus on results, Björn Maul works with customers both at “board level” and in the “engine room”. He is an experienced team player and designer. As a leader, he has an excellent track record of managing large projects, achieving outstanding results, and effective implementation in challenging project environments.

He has extensive project expertise and experience in finance and controlling and profit improvement programs.

Michael Jürgs was project manager and interim CFO of a large number of medium-sized market leaders in Germany and also led earnings improvement projects for companies in the mechanical engineering, automotive, textile and food industries as well as in the trade fair industry. In doing so, he managed finance, controlling, accounting, compliance and reporting departments, evaluated efficiency, synergy and risk potentials and supported their implementation.
